Psalm 10:5

⁵His ways are always prosperous; your laws are rejected by him; the wicked sneers at all his enemies.

An ordinary person looks at the reproductive organ to determine if an individual is male or female. But experts in their fields indirectly reject such generally acceptable information of knowing the sexuality of a person – they introduced complicated term “chromosome” as their scientific way to determine the sexual orientation of an individual male or female person. A chromosome is composed of DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) that carries genetic information, or genes, that determine an individual’s traits and characteristics. Are interested about chromosomes that brought confusion worldwide? The wisest king of Israel concluded in Ecclesiastes 1:18, ¹⁸For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.

  Truly, when officials made decision about sexual orientation of Olympians, people involved in the Olympics and other athletic organizations were confused reportedly and ordinary viewers grieve. Truly, the corrupted mindset of mankind cannot conceptualize that the ways of God and godliness are far greater than human intelligence. How about religious people? What does it say in 1 Timothy 6:5-7? ⁵Constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. ⁶ But godliness with contentment is great gain. ⁷For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.

God is God of order. He introduced simple and orderly ways to experience the fullness of life, but humans make it complicated which is indirect rejection of the ways of the Lord. Godliness with contentment is great gain can only be grasped with wisdom from God through Jesus Christ.

 Lord Jesus, increase my wisdom, please!
